This beginner-friendly course explains AI in plain English, starting with where it came from and why it is growing so quickly. Cryptic crosswords are crossword puzzles in which each clue is a word puzzle in and of itself. Cryptic crosswords are popular in the United Kingdom where they originated. If you enjoy Cryptic Crosswords and you are looking to extend your knowledge by practising how to do them then come along to this club. Join this workshop led by award-winning artist Migara Ramanayake that explores the classical drawing techniques pioneered by Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo during the Renaissance. This technique involves breaking down every natural objects into the basic geometric shapes (circles, squares, cylinders...), studying basic human anatomy and concepts of perspective and proportion. You will hone your observation skills that will then allow you to capture intricate details and subtleties in your subjects and foster a deeper appreciation of art history and the evolution of artistic expression. BYO DEVICE. This 4-Week practical course helps participants build confidence using their own smartphones, tablets, and laptops for everyday digital tasks. Participants bring their own devices (BYO device) and learn how to set them up, maintain them, and use them more effectively. Topics include managing notifications, storage, updates, battery life, backups, and basic security, as well as developing stronger email skills such as organising inboxes, sending attachments, and recognising phishing scams. The course also introduces Windows computer basics, web browsers, cloud storage, and safe software installation. In addition, participants learn essential productivity skills using programs like Microsoft Word and Excel, along with free alternatives, and practical tasks such as connecting printers, using USB drives, and organising files. By the end of the course, participants can confidently manage their devices, communicate online, and complete everyday computer tasks independently.

This course is for students who would like to learn watercolours on a Wednesday, some with little experience with watercolours and wish to further develop their skills. You will strengthen your drawing abilities and refine your watercolour techniques as we explore a range of subject matter and discuss the most effective approaches to capturing each subject.
