This is an introduction course for beginners keen to learn the basics of sashiko stitching. You will have the opportunity to learn about this ancient Japanese craft, work with traditional sashiko patterns and designs. Mandarin and Chinese Culture for Fun! 你好! This ongoing Mandarin course expands on previous knowledge of the language and Chinese culture. You will use pinyin (Chinese phonetic system) to learn how to introduce yourself, greet others, ask simple questions and socialise. Cultural learning is integrated in the course to maximise the fun of learning the language.
