Governing Law
- These term and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Western Australia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
Payments
- South Perth Learning Centre term membership is valid for the specified term only.
- Annual membership is $40 and term membership is $15.
- Individual courses are priced according to programming guidelines. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds
- Courses without the minimum required number of ​enrolments will be cancelled prior to the course start date. If you are enrolled in such a course, you will be notified and provided with a full refund.
- No credit transfers or refunds will be given once a course has commenced, unless class is cancelled by the facilitator.
- Hardship exceptions may apply in serious cases (not including holidays or minor illness).
Notifications
- SPLC updates and information will be emailed to your nominated email address. If you receive correspondence from us and do not wish to receive this information in the future, please email SPLC and ask to be removed from the mailing list. Seven business days should be allowed for this request to be processed.
