WRITE TO HEAL is a short, structured writing program delivered by our Memoir Writing Course facilitator - Shoma Mittra. It is designed to help participants slow their thinking, process stress, and regain clarity through guided writing practices. When stress builds up, thoughts can feel tangled and relentless. This program uses simple, carefully guided writing exercises to help participants pause, reflect, and make sense of what they are carrying—without pressure to perform or share. The course does not require writing experience. It focuses on wellbeing, not literary skill. Participants write privately, at their own pace, using prompts designed to support calm, insight, and emotional regulation. This program is suitable for adults experiencing everyday stress, emotional overload, or burnout, and for anyone seeking a gentle, reflective practice to support mental wellbeing.
